# Class Does Not Exist Magento 2.2 *SOLVED* When running compiler

After spending some time and and almost gave up on all my Magento2 Store - I install this JUNK EXTENSION called [**MAGENERDS**](http://www.magenerds.com/magento-2-extensions/page-designer/) and it cause me this crash. After realizing the fact that for some reason I can't run compiler because I was getting this error Class Magenerds\\PageDesigner\\Model\\ValidationState does not exist These are the steps I took. rm -rf /home/TEST/public\_html/generated and /var/cache folder content and ran the compiler and **VOILA** . I was able to fix this issue. It appears that class got stuck in the memory.
