NGINX Config Generator

January 23, 20201 min read0 comments

I found this gold mine today and I tell you this is the best site for generating accurate Nginx configuration with all the necessary configuration.

I am assuming you're running Ubuntu or any other *Nix flavor and have the nginx installed on your server - Following command is for Ubuntu or Debian.

apt-get install nginx -y

Visit Nginx Config Generator - Generate your configuration and you're done or you can click here to have my pre-define nginx generated file which is for Wordpress.

Once you generated the file - You simply have to goto /etc/nginx and upload the config file & obviously if you are using Let's Encrypt or any other custom SSL certificate you've to manage and upload the certificates and also generate dhparam in order for you to have a running webserver - If you do end up with any issues - Please post them in your comments and I will help you out.
